Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At AVENUE NOIR, every item is carefully inspected before dispatch. By placing an order through our website, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following policy, subject at all times to any mandatory rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws.

Orders Delivered Within Jordan

Customers must inspect the item immediately upon delivery and before the delivery representative leaves.

Where the delivery service permits, the customer may try on the item solely to confirm the size and fit. Items must be tried on carefully and must not be exposed to makeup, perfume, deodorant, stains, damage, or any other condition that may affect their original state.

The customer must make one of the following decisions during the delivery visit:

Accept and keep the item.
Request an immediate exchange, where available.
Return the item immediately with the delivery representative.

Once the item has been accepted and the delivery representative has left, voluntary returns or exchanges may not be accepted, except where required by applicable law or where the item is defective, damaged, or different from the order.

Condition of Returned Items

Any item returned or exchanged during delivery must be:

Unworn, except for a careful fitting.
Unwashed and unaltered.
Free from stains, makeup, perfume, odors, damage, or signs of use.
Returned with all original tags, accessories, protective materials, and packaging.
In the same saleable condition in which it was delivered.

AVENUE NOIR reserves the right to refuse any voluntary return or exchange if the item does not meet these conditions.

Exchanges Within Jordan

A customer may request an exchange for another available size or color during the delivery visit.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability and the operational availability of the delivery service.

The customer is responsible for all delivery charges associated with a voluntary exchange.

If an immediate exchange cannot be completed during the same visit, the replacement will be arranged separately, and the customer must pay the applicable exchange delivery charges.

Voluntary Returns Within Jordan

If the customer decides not to keep an item for personal reasons, including preference, fit, size selection, or change of mind, the item must be returned immediately with the delivery representative.

For an eligible voluntary return:

The original delivery charge remains payable and is non-refundable.
A restocking and handling deduction of 25% of the item’s purchase price may be applied, only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The remaining eligible amount will be refunded after the item has been received and inspected by AVENUE NOIR.

The 40% deduction does not apply where the return results from:

A defective or damaged item.
An incorrect item being delivered.
A material difference between the item received and its confirmed description.
Any other situation in which applicable consumer protection law requires a full refund, replacement, repair, or another remedy.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order, the customer must notify the delivery representative immediately whenever the issue is visible during delivery.

If the issue is discovered afterward, the customer must contact AVENUE NOIR as soon as reasonably possible and provide:

The order number.
Clear photographs or videos of the item.
A description of the issue.
Photographs of the original packaging and labels, where relevant.

Where the claim is confirmed, AVENUE NOIR will provide the appropriate remedy required under applicable law. This may include replacement, repair, or refund without applying the voluntary-return deduction.

AVENUE NOIR will cover the reasonable return or replacement delivery cost when the confirmed issue was caused by us.

Refund Processing

Any eligible refund will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be issued through the available original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. Any mandatory consumer refund rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Orders Outside Jordan

International orders may be subject to a separate return and exchange procedure because delivery representatives outside Jordan may not permit inspection or fitting at the door.

Unless otherwise required by the laws applicable to the transaction, international voluntary returns and exchanges require prior written approval from AVENUE NOIR.

Customers are responsible for voluntary return shipping, customs duties, taxes, and related charges. This does not limit the customer’s legal rights where an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order.

Final-Sale Items

Items clearly identified before purchase as Final Sale, discounted clearance items, or personalized items are not eligible for voluntary return or exchange, except where mandatory consumer rights apply.
